Completed day 1 of week 1 of couch - to - 5k and I am SO proud of myself! I was so nervous before and had A LOT of anxiety over it. I had put off going to the gym for several hours over it. But I got my butt up out of bed and on that treadmill. It was much better than I had expected. I walked at 3mph and jogged at 5mph. The hardest part was breathing while walking right after I got finished jogging. Day 2 is on wednesday! :)
